Sunny side up*
How far is the sun that is in the sky?
For it seems to be so near and very close by
Because it is amazing that it can give off so much light
That what is all around it is total darkness like the night
Powerful as it seems and in the heavens as it is direct
It knows how to make things happen, where it has to connect
I guess life would not last if it was not around
To me this is total love and spreads itself in the surround
So it seems that it will be right where it always is to be
It knows of a good thing, it is all alone and it is free
To enjoy its unconditional well being and what it is giving
That many things around it can enjoy in their living
The joy to give dimensions to those beyond its realm
But to keep itself regulated and not become overwhelmed
To walk throughout the day and to arise in the morn
It gives us all light and to always be warm...the Sun*
