put them together my Dearest Mieke and then go to lulu.com as I have found this to be so easy in making a book published...btw I went to Barnes and Noble today and inquired about a book signing...it is Now sold on Barnes and Noble, iBooks Apple and Amazon.com...enjoy always(+)
