A tribute to Buck Mountain*
I walk along on the trail of rocks
The incline is hefty but it is not blocked
Starting the ascent, one hand to foot at a time
Clearing the last obstacle, going higher in the climb
A few more roots to walk over, from many pine trees
A quick look around the corner, it is the summit that I see
