Straight to the top on a curve*
Trudging along in a swampy trail of muck
Moving on the incline trying not to get stuck
Taking the other way around through the weeded stems
Moving to and fro back on the trail again
The water that goes down in the stream
Even makes it more of a challenge to get to summit, it seems
