A light feeling here*

A light feeling here*


The darkness has walked so silently tonight
The speckled bright spots of fire flies in sight
This is the beacon in which darkness does not prevail
Seeing these tiny creatures pushing light from their tails
So one does not have to feel fear without care
There is still a hint of light that comes when one is well Aware

    These words bring beautifully mystical images to mind. I've never seen fireflies but would love to one day. This poem feels like a friend. :)

    thanks my Dearest Blue Carmela...I sat at the airport zoning out and seen these fireflies in the darkness and said this would be a great poem...enjoy as well(+)
