Nothing possesses itself to be free*

The day has come with brilliance in its light

To steal the darkness that was in the night

To expose the treasures to be seen in the day

And to clear many obstacles along the way

Yet it cannot be dominant to stay so strong

It must follow its own path and move along

It is its own well being that pulls it away

To have its shadow come once again here to stay

So once again as we knew it to be so soon

It is the arrival of passion from a glowing moon

With this moon it tries to possess the jewels in space

But all it can do is let them dangle around its face

To desire for possessions and all its treasures

One cannot hold onto them for their own pleasure

Dominance is not almighty, it is balance that sees

Let go of all things and leave them alone to be free

A journey with my eyes*

Where darkness becomes the least

It is the sun that arises in the east

To move about in the azure sky

Pushing clouds away, that wish to cry

Oh radiant light in heaven's place

Spreading your rays of gold to embrace

But you must move onward sometime soon

To pull along a smiling moon

As quickly as the day comes to an end

You will visit in this same place once again

So now from what the day's eyes did their best

You walk away into the dream and leave with a rest

Let it rain*

How does a cloud hold up in what is within?

To move onward and disappear once again

Then it comes back and shows its poetry in motion

Like how waves hit the shoreline on any ocean

There are white puffy ones, darker ones too

Aimlessly moving always in what they go through

But the ones that get darker seem to have much strain

That is when they release what is within and let it rain

Deep within knows when it is time to be free

Held underneath away from its world

The moment it knows how to unfurl

Yet patience comes just a bit longer

It sees through this on how to be stronger

Yes the time has come to remove the darkness from its night

And to move with silence through stillness, to now see the light

The night came in without a sound

Light walked away, darkness all around

Stillness the Soul* felt and went very deep

The heart was filled with love, this shall it keep

It seemed that this moment was here to last

Though all was moving onward, as all to pass

I go deeper into a meditative state

To erase all that is here, having a clean slate

It is into this Soul*, the pinnacle of my being

Emptiness in the abode, clarity in seeing

When I arise from this I become the still and calm

Now right in front of me, the moon peacefully sits in the pond

Night erased by light*

I looked up in the night

All I seen was the twinkling light

Jewels and diamonds in a treasure

Many miles across in such measure

As it was progressing on

Further away it seemed the light was done

But something made a turn

It is like someone lit a match to burn

Oh now I can see

An invisible hand working so free

Then the wall of darkness being erased

Now all that exists is a ball of glow sitting in space

A new always begins*

A new always begins*

The myth we confront as what eyes to look

Goes by like the pages of an  open book

For what is without us is an illusion indeed

That is not who we are when we know who to be

When you narrow it down and watch it implode

The external world begins its end and starts to erode

Take away its darkness in the night

Or brilliance of the day with its light

When you leave this by itself you will get a better view

You will find out of one only, it is you that is the truth

So no longer can you be what made you outside of here

You have now established a place, so accurate and so clear

Nothing else can possibly be a life you once known

Sought nowhere to go from that, in missing your home

Hence you will find out that all stems from you within

Every moment that this happens, a new you always begins

A journey came early as it shed some light

The sun walked the sky until it became night

Darkness was all around after all this

It engulfed all in the surround and nothing was missed

Light arose again as it was the moon

Alone in the window, it smiled at me and the radiance filled the room

It is not angry when it cries*

In a distance the old man grumbles

Something has upset him as he rumbles

Darkness ensues as it is on its way

Obscurity of brilliance now to be gray

Emotional this becomes, it feels its pain

A tear to be shed and now it rains

Drenching all below, it begins to release

Finally with such sorrow, it knows of its peace

But from these drops of crystal tears

It knew of despair that sat right here

It was not for the sake of only one

It was bring back life as it hid the sun

Now all things can be once again of a flow

To make rivers push on and allow nature to grow

For there may be anger with a temporary bind

But once it is out there, one can find

To hold it all in, this burdens more and more

It is not good to be the wall, for there is an open door

So in a sense all benefits from this storm

At least it gave notice as it was forewarned

Moving forward it does and it did not last

All things that move into the present, are now the past

So life has its cycles with joy and pain

But sunny days do not last long, it must at times rain

Walk through many miles, the hard way was each step

Tough was the going, many times I did wept

But I pursued onward as something pulled me through

It kept saying to me, I still have you in my view

Please do not give up as I have you in my arms

I am the one you do not see, sheltering you from each storm

Hold on a little longer, this is how the shell of a seed opens wide

I cradle you and protect you, from each and every side

I feel that you somehow know me, your heart is opening now

Yes, this is getting stronger, you accept me and I do allow

For now we both know of each other and we have each other in sight

You now can see within yourself, darkness diminishes to show the light

My morning love*

The evening was here, so was the moon

Romance in my heart play a rhythmic tune

But you were not here as I went to sleep

I kept thinking of you to be in my heart to keep

I walked on the other side of my eyes

In hopes to see you but it was empty skies

Visions were popping in and out in this dream

But more space was there in the in betweens

I awoke the next day with a little despair

To still not have you and see you anywhere

After darkened vision I had of you

I may have felt that I lost love so true

The only thing that I could come close of

Was to see another in such love

Mysterious in a darkened brew

To hold and caress you that you wish me to

Yes your fragrance is overwhelming, this I like

To get up and be of morning vitality in my life

I seen that it is a deep dark textured black hole

Vivaciously hot and never too cold

I do not wish to sink into bitters with my lips

When I pick you up from your curvy hips

So I put  half and half in you in a beautiful light

And take away darkness from the night

Of course I know how sweet you can be

So I add some sugar that it entices me

Ahhhhh!!!! I am glad that this satisfies

You are the love in my heart to open my eyes

Who would have ever thought that this love is mine

To have such a wonderful taste could be so fine

The dream is released of you with me

To settle with art of drinking a cup of coffee

Gray is the color, darker ever more

I see a drop or two, right outside my door

Coolness of a breeze, the window is open as I see

Comfort from stagnation, relieve from humidity

But something is holding back, emotions that are deep

A weight in burden within, no longer this cannot keep

A rumble from its anger, a spark sizzled vein

Ecstasy has to be soon with this, relief from its pain

Now it is really upset, the deluge has begun

This storm rages onward, bullying itself to everyone

Weather today so dismal, violence is its wrath

The worse is not over walking more on its path

One thing seems to be happy, as the flowers get a drink

Parched soil that soaks it all in, watch this as it sinks

So why is all unhappy, this is life when it came

As my desires cling to me like darkness when the sun finally goes west

I have looked for a day that we would meet once again 

And see you in your eyes the way you have always seen me

For what is on the other side that is vague is really you and I as one

Clouds come in like nomads traveling one by one

Where did they ever start from, who knows how they begun

How could this turn to dark coffee and change into night

With so much blue into eternity that now shows this light

Silently it moves as it creeps all along

As in stillness one vibration is its eternal song

To usher in the evening and the dim from this light

A shadow sure does loom from the day to the night

But while this no longer shows outlines from that sunny day

It was the last sparrow that vanished and went on its way
