Mother Nature stops by to open the door*

Gazing outward upon the limit where this begins

Knowing that there are no boundaries from within

An opening it seems, partial clearing in the door

But a movement in another angle, as I can see more

Immobile I stay and absorb this to be still

Peace at hand that is with me, now becomes my will

Taking in more silence, nature outside this door speaks

It is divine communication in which the Soul* needs and seeks

Only a couple sounds of utterance from birds as they say

This is an awakening to tell me walk with joy of this day

So when I heard of this now happy that I see

If it was not for Mother Nature, this way I could never be

Oh raven, oh raven

What is that to which you are craven

Seeing the winter with its cold arctic air

The winds they doth blow

Frozen all round, only grows

No escape from here to there

A mask to hide from

But cannot be done

Lest ye not be well aware

So go out, seek and find

To be in another state of mind

And hope of comfort comes in your lair

I await throughout winter as it was long

To enjoy the warmth and hear birds sing a song

But there are clouds in the sky that are dismal gray

Can anyone tell me that this is May?

The only hint I guess is pollen from the trees

What a way to enjoy spring as I sneeze

I laugh amongst the rain drops

The pitter patter on metal rooftops

Into the soil deeply it sinks

Daffodils that are looking for a drink

And the birds, you can hear them sing

Rivers overflow to the ocean it brings

Wet and lush this satisfies

Amazing how this all is when a cloud cries

But in all this that I do see

Fresh is the day, light in the sky

Clouds open up as they all pass by

The smell that wafts through the air

Breeze filters through, it is spring everywhere

Birds come and go, chirping through the trees

Sensational wonder in nature, everything so free

Buds come alive, the blossoms of rose

An artful delight is seen, a masterpiece that grows

All is now awakened after a long winter nap

The sun gets closer to home, the winter has snapped

To be in this beauty that this season does bring

A messenger has come with beautiful news

Love of my life has written, the one that I chose

We have not heard from each other in such a long time

But I knew deep down in my heart that all would be fine

As I know that even though words have not been spoken

You must drift apart for awhile to have Love remain so True

Like releasing a beautiful white dove in the skies so blue

For a heart must grow to be alive and never cease

To make both feel comfortable in Love to increase

When it returns you will feel that it is a need to celebrate

To get this wonder of bliss, it is in your heart that elates

Many moments passed onward and had no relevance you see

Because of your devotion to this Love by letting it be
