The ending came as it croaked*

A nice afternoon is where I begin

I arrive at a pond to meditate within

Joyful as this is peace that it brings

I am underneath a locust tree, songbirds start to sing

I affix my self in an opening near the reeds

Ready to look inside myself, a moment to be free 

I sit  in a lotus position, I fit my being centrally as I stay

Now I am in my focus, my eyes turn inward in a gaze

It all comes together this feeling of bliss and to be still

I have made it to the other side without effort to my will

The world around me has enveloped me in such peace

Even right Now from raging winds this all came to a cease

I go a little deeper and a more placid sense of calm

I open my eyes a bit and see no ripples on the pond

The trees in a distance little movement as they stay

It is like they do ZAZEN, in the night and all day

But out of all this a little utterance from the wind as it spoke

When I awakened out of this, it was because a bull frog just croaked

The peaceful moon*

The night came in without a sound

Light walked away, darkness all around

Stillness the Soul* felt and went very deep

The heart was filled with love, this shall it keep

It seemed that this moment was here to last

Though all was moving onward, as all to pass

I go deeper into a meditative state

To erase all that is here, having a clean slate

It is into this Soul*, the pinnacle of my being

Emptiness in the abode, clarity in seeing

When I arise from this I become the still and calm

Now right in front of me, the moon peacefully sits in the pond

Speak not of one to hear

Deaden silence so crystal clear

No, not to be utterance or a shrill

But what is within silence so perfectly still

Yet there is the potential to arise to give a yell

But if there is a sound let it be a meditation bell

Sun came up finally after two days of rain

It filled up the ponds and did it without strain

It was such a gorgeous day out on the path today

I seen three martins attack a crow as this was not play

I continued on the straight ahead road

Went to meditate by some water to empty a load

Geese going by looking so happy with glee

Again as I sit and gaze to set my being free

I sit in silence with nothing at all
I start meditating inward and hear no call
My being becomes empty and has no control
Awareness seeps in good and it takes its stroll
Now I am fixated with nothing inside
My mantra to me is still and I do abide

I go for a ride on this Spring night
It is such a joy, the sun is still in sight
Soon I will be meditating at my favourite place
To show the geese, ducks and frogs my face
Tonight the smell of all is musk
Now, I go back home as it is getting dusk

Relaxed and sitting in calm but still
It is my Awareness, completeness at will
I feel as I drift into this state
The deeper I come with being, I meditate
Then the Universe has a settling on me
The release with this feeling, and just let it be

Sitting in my lotus position in the mall
Some plants, water and an elevator that is tall
Deep insight as I go within
This is what I see time and time again
The depths that I search are of really not here
It is really the flip side of the objective as my subjective is oh so near

I sit it out in the void and I with ZAZEN meditate
Leaving the objective and poised propped up and focused straight
This is the happening in ZEN this comes true
I feel the alignment of the Source as Higher Intel goes through
The connection is now in synchro as the power of this chi moves about
In the breathing technique it is good air pulled in and the exhausted air refined and let
out
Calmness and still I hear my heart beat slow
No counting of the rhythm when you learn to let go
So to feel good in all aspects of your being
Get in Lotus, ZAZEN or sitting in your inner seeing(+)

Destination done, journey moves on*

Destination done, journey moves on*

The drive to the outlets was a pleasant one
We get off the turnpike and pay the toll. It is done
One group goes one way, as I go my way
I find my meditation spot as I fixate on the day
I see the mountains so majestic there in view
We are compiled Now we have all done what we needed to do
Get back in the vehicle and move on as one
We pull off the thruway we are complete and it is done

Breathing and becoming*

Are you wandering around with the feeling of no cause?
Do you always worry on what could be as it already was?
It is in your breathing and you hurry up your breaths
These things must be taken in stride our else you welcome death
So in order to slow down life's tragedy of stress with ease and sense
Practice to meditate and see your Awareness push away that illusionary fence
When Consciousness is finally opened like a beautiful sunshiny spring day
You will know how these things get taken care of all the time as it is Now your way

When you go deep in your subcon(subconscious reality) you hit the core of your being and it starts communicating to you in the manner that Now you just became and not search for what is not...enjoy the moment every breath you take...

Under the pine tree*

Ah yes, a nice summers day
I leave my work post to melt away
I find solace in my morning chores
Head out in the world to shut the doors
I take a walk down to a quiet spot near
And when I get there my Spirit is here
Now I go inward to find who is me
The me that I find is under the pine tree.
