The west carries us away*

End of the day and ripples on the pond
We have come here to relax and take to the calm
Togetherness that we are now in love as it's felt
Time to indulge in both our hearts to melt
So as we sit here in romance and dissolve with a rest
And become of passion in love while the sun sets in the west
