See, stop and stay*

Have you ever noticed where you are
As you could be anywhere and not be that far
As you center oneself and stay focus well
This starts your story and it becomes easy to tell
It is the fixation of the Now as it is in the presence
So Now you just have to be and doesn't that make sense
